Pinch Collars can be of a different size. It depends not only on the collar length, but also on the diameter of prongs.
Pinch collars that have thicker prongs and bigger size are recommended for big dog breeds and adult dogs.
The size of this Black Pinch Dog Collar is 25 inches (63 cm); prong's diameter - 4.0 mm (1/6 inches).
The total amount of links is 10. If your dog's neck circumference is more than 25 inches (63 cm), you can order an additional link,
that will add 1 3/5 inch (4.0 cm) to the total length.
Please be advised that we do not recommend to put this collar through the dog's head. You need to open the links to do that,
otherwise you can injure your dog's head or ears.
We do NOT recommend:
1) to leave your dog alone with this collar on;
2) to use a wrong size in order to avoid traumas.
If you want to turn this collar in an ordinary one,
you can order a nylon protector
that will make it look as a nylon collar and protect the steel from damages.
Note!
The collars made of black stainless steel are NOT RECOMMENDED for the dogs with white fur as because of normal abrasion processes they may color fair hair.
